We respond within three business days to schedule a conversation and co-create an individualised support plan. If scholarships are requested, we may ask for school invoices or estimates. Mentoring pairs each student with a caring adult who focuses on goals, confidence, and accountability. Sessions cover study skills, time management, career exploration, and emotional wellbeing. We involve parents through check-ins and resources so progress continues at home. Where helpful, we coordinate with teachers or counsellors to ensure alignment. Our Health & Wellness programme partners with the DTX World Class Program to promote physical literacy, confidence, and positive habits. Students access age-appropriate fitness and wellbeing activities that complement academic progress. Where possible, we integrate DTX sessions into individual support plans and work with parents to encourage participation. The goal is to strengthen mind and body together, creating resilience that supports school success and everyday life.

Schools, community organisations, businesses, and faith groups can collaborate through referrals, in‑kind resources, sponsorships, or co-hosted programmes. We prioritise partnerships that remove barriers to attendance, learning, and family stability. After an initial call, we define shared goals, safeguarding standards, and reporting.
