Caring for students by strengthening whole families together
We are a 501(c)(3) empowering K–12 families through scholarships, mentoring, and integrated support across Washington State.
Founded in 2001, Young People Corporation has always believed education and family stability go hand in hand. Re-established in Washington State in 2025, we focus on scholarships, mentoring, and holistic services that remove barriers for K–12 students.

Our story so far
Founded on 1 November 2001 as a private school in Kansas City, Kansas, we later operated private schools in Pomona and Upland, California (2009–2014). Inspired by founder Candace Dean’s frontline work with families facing overwhelming bills, we returned in 2025 with a renewed mission in Washington State. In December 2025, we awarded $7,000 in scholarships to multiple Tacoma students, signalling our commitment to pairing education support with whole-family care.
Partner with us to remove barriers and build lasting stability for families.
Your support fuels scholarships, mentoring, and practical services that help students thrive and families stabilise.
