Leadership and governance structure
Founder and Executive Director Candace Dean brings decades of classroom and community experience to our mission. Governance is provided by an independent board focused on safeguarding, fiscal responsibility, and measurable outcomes. We maintain clear policies, background checks, and child-protection training. Decisions are guided by data and family voice, ensuring programmes remain responsive, ethical, and culturally informed across Washington State at all times.
